The product owner confirms unlimited lists, tasks and nesting and free Calendar / Day Views. These are owner-supplied limits; the tool catalog establishes supported operations, not an independent Android limit audit.

The official mobile tool catalog supports custom list colors and emoji, importance/urgency flags, scheduled dates, time ranges within one day and selected-weekday recurrence.

The browser editor works with a connected selected device: task tree, text, completion and Calendar viewing. It does not currently include a full schedule editor. The server does not store the task database. Account and service records are separate.

MCP policy: get_tasks, get_history, add_task and delete_task are free with their pinned arguments only when listId is omitted (implicit Main). Explicit listId, even Main, and other task operations require paid access. get_permissions is free.
