1. Using PlanTree

PlanTree helps you organize tasks and connect them to a web editor and third-party clients, including AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Features depend on your app version, device and subscription.

PlanTree is intended for users worldwide, subject to local law and app-store availability. Use of accounts, purchases and connected services must meet applicable age and parental-consent requirements. Where legally required, a parent or legal guardian must complete the consent process before a child uses online features that collect personal information. Third-party services remain subject to their own age requirements.

Keep your account and devices secure. Use only content and devices you are authorized to access. Do not use PlanTree unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

2. Your tasks and connections

You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to process and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to that content.

Tasks are stored on your device. If you enable Google Drive backup, the app saves backups to your Google Drive account. PlanTree does not provide its own cloud task-storage service. Its server relays requests and task data for remote editing and authorized clients. The web editor connects to your selected device, which must be online with its PlanTree server running.

Clients you authorize may read, create, change or delete tasks through the tools your device exposes. Review automated and AI-generated actions. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Disconnecting a client stops future access through that connection; it does not erase copies already received.

Keep backups of important tasks. Unsaved web-editor changes may be lost when you close the browser.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are available through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Reference prices are US$2.99 per month or US$29.99 per year. The price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period and included features shown by your store before purchase govern your purchase; local prices may differ.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal under your store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in the store where you bought it: Google Play or Apple subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the store refunds or revokes the purchase, or you delete your account.

Deleting the app or your PlanTree account does not cancel store billing. Cancel the subscription separately. Refund requests are handled through the purchase store under its policies and applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory refund or consumer rights. The store will provide any legally required notice or consent process for price changes.

4. Availability and responsibility

PlanTree depends on your device, network and external providers. Continuous availability, error-free operation and preservation of every change cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not exclude mandatory warranties, consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may change the service or restrict access when reasonably necessary to maintain it, address abuse or security threats, or comply with law. Applicable notice, refund and consumer rights remain in place.

5. Deleting your account

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm to permanently remove your account and linked records from the live PlanTree server database. This ends connected access. Local tasks, Google Drive backups, data already received by third parties and existing server backups are separate; see Privacy: deletion and your rights.

6. Law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without taking away mandatory protections or rights to bring claims available to you under the law of your country. Please contact us first about questions or disputes; this does not restrict your right to seek other remedies.

Updated terms will be published on this page with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
